Add New Contacts on Social Media Daily

Just because you are on social media does not mean that you are utilizing it correctly. The heart of being on a social network is creating new contacts so that you can expand your efforts and get introduced to their circles. Considering that adding new contacts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ are free, the benefits from obtaining at least five new contacts every business day will help you considerably and makes your paid efforts even more effective.

Research your Competition

If your competitor is doing well, then it pays to know at least what they are doing. All it takes is a bit of market research which examines the methods that they are employing and the type of success that they are enjoying. You can use this knowledge to either emulate what they are doing or focusing on areas where you have enjoyed better results. Take Care of Yourself

Sitting at a desk all day eating junk food is not going to help when you become ill or simply too tired to act on new information when it comes your way. Take the time to take care of yourself by walking, eating right and getting enough rest so that you can tackle each day fresh and ready to go. For real estate agents who do not want to be caught off-guard by the times, staying in good physical condition will definitely help.
