If you want to market your property for sale and move it quickly, you should utilize as many tools as possible. Technology and social media have made it extremely easy to share the house you have for sale. You can use the techniques in this article regardless if you are a homeowner, a Realtor, or a real estate investor.
- Text everyone in your phone. Let them know you are selling a house and ask them if they know anyone looking to buy a home.
- Create a flyer about your house and leave them at everyone’s door in your neighborhood.

- You can create pay per click ads about your house for sale on various dating sites, it is extremely affordable this way.
- Instagram is a huge site that is gaining traction in the social media world. Share the pictures of your home with the world.
- Tweet about your homes features on Twitter.
- Post pictures on your Pintrest account and create a photo tour.
- Use the website Houzz.com to post pictures and market your property.
- Make a video tour of your home and post it on Youtube. Youtube is owned by google so you can get pretty high rankings on google searches by utilizing this tool.
- Google Plus is owned by google as well so constantly put pictures and features of your home on Google Plus.
- Use Linkedin to promote the house you have for sale.
- Put vinyl lettering on the back window of your car to let the public know you have a house for sale.
- If you do not like going on a bunch of social media sites, open a Hootsuite account and strategically post and manage all of your social media sites from one place.
- Email all of your contacts and make them aware that you are selling your house. Make sure to include a link for them to see pictures and find out price.
- Make special business cards that have information about your house. Make sure to include a link on your card so people can see pictures and have a way for people to contact you.
